Best 700 x 32c Tire
Looking for recommendations on which 700 x 32c tires have the best combination of rolling and puncture resistance for a road bike. I have used Conti 4000sII for years, but they are not available in 700 x 32c. Thx.

Not sure if its the best but I really like the Specialized Roubaix Pro at that size on my gravel/road bike.

Not quite 32c, but I'd go with Challenge Strada Bianca Pro 700x30 over anything you could find in a "true" 32c size...besides, if you're putting them on a rim with a wide internal bead width (i.e. ~19-21mm), they're going to plump up to ~32mm wide anyway ;-)

At 65psi it rolls identically to a 23C Conti GP4000SII at 95psi (for the same wheel load), AND it has a dual-layer puncture belt. Pretty good combo at that size, if you ask me...

Conti GP4000 II in 700x28mm actually measures 31-32mm. It is as tall as most other 700x32mm tires as well.

Compass makes some nice 700x32mm tires- Stampede Pass?

There are a couple other tires that I like- but they are all tubeless.

+1 for the Compass tires. Very supple, nice ride. https://www.compasscycle.com/...0cx32-stampede-pass/

I'd be careful on the Compass options...IME, some of the larger tires (i.e. Snoqualmie Pass 700x44C, Rat Trap Pass 26"x54C) roll fairly well, but the I had a Bon Jon Pass (700x35C) that didn't. BRR testing showed a similar result on the BJP as well, plus he found the puncture resistance to be pretty low. Of course, running them tubeless with sealant mitigates a bit of that concern, but the OP is asking about tubed options.

I guess I'd have to say I wouldn't rely on a Compass tire being necessarily fast, unless one has direct experience measuring it's Crr. Again, I'd go for the Challenge tire I mentioned above over a Stampede pass even though it's a 30C tire.

I'll say that the Paris Roubaix PRO will measure 32 mm on a HED Ardennes Black rim and they list that as a 27 mm tire. So the Strada Bianca PRO should measure even larger on a wide internal bead width rim. So I'd be careful with that. I'm glad I started smaller in this case when I chose the Paris Roubaix.

I've been quite happy with the Clement Strada USH http://clementcycling.com/strada-ush

I run it tubeless, typically around 50psi front/rear. I have no idea if these tires are the best, but I can keep up with my usual training buddies without notable additional effort when they're on their road tires. The Strada USH has also been good enough for the unmaintained class IV roads I ride that I don't find myself wanting more.

Interesting. My ~32mm measurement of the Strada Bianca Pro 30C was on a Zipp Course 30 rim, which like the Hed + rims has a 21mm internal width...
