What size would you recommend for the Roka one piece trisuit from someone 6' tall, 170 lbs, 42 inch chest, 32 inch waist? MT, ML, L or LT? Thanks in advance.

The size chart is very accurate. You are an LT by the size chart. You could fit in a Large but the sleeves and torso will be slightly shorter. Order both if you need to and return the one you don't like.
