bike fit help

after looking at this of myself for the first time recording myself, i assume i need to heighten the seat more and angle the saddle down more, but any other suggestions? im mainly just looking to not harm my legs/hip in the long run because im still young =D


any suggestions on better technique?

Seat height could be perfect. You've got some wiggle room up or down from there, depending on what f eels best. Or you could never think about your seat height again and probably be fine. You could also pull all the spacers out of your front end and definitely be fine. Maybe angle the forearms. Crank is borderline too long.
