Worn a lot of uniforms... Kiwami is my favorite. Their more expensive stuff is worth it but I've also worn their less expensive kits and they're still comfortable and do well in the water. Have a Kiwami Spider WS1 I'll be wearing for the majority of my races this year... my current favorite kit.

The Kiwami upper level stuff (Spider, Amphibian, Rio) is very swim skin like, tight fit, comfortable, water beads and runs off it type of thing. If you're tight on $$ I'd jump all over the Spider WS1 for $189.

What size Spider WS1 did you get in relation to your height & weight? Are you happy with the fit? I am 5'10" 155-158lbs, & I squeeze into a Small Louis Garneau sleeved one-piece, but I am thinking that I need a Medium in the Kiwami Spider WS1 due to their online sizing chart.

Depending on how large your shoulders are Medium should work well for you. Some can squeeze into S. Andre is a great help with sizing and any details if you need. He's very quick on responding....

I love the comfort of De Soto for training but the material of their gear is like a sponge and I would never race in it. Kiwamis trisuit wicks water and sweat away and dries much quicker.

X2. I train in DeSoto (Riviera) and 2XU (x-vent) tri suits for comfort, and race in Kiwami Spider. All those ITU athletes pick Kiwami for a reason!

Ownway apparel, triathlete owned and they have great pricing. Their prices are cheaper and their suits are custom.

Glad you like it. You made a great choice. I've used their clothing since it landed in the US and have been delighted with it. They always are improving as the owners are former pros so know the game. I love the LD1 and if you need anything or have questions, Andre is awesome on customer service.

I'm 5'11" and 170lbs give or take 5 pounds. I have a medium and it's perfect for me... you MIGHT be okay in a small.

Email Kiwami they're great at answering questions and customer service in general.

I'm 5'4" 142-145 lbs and I wear a small Kiwami Spider WS1.

If you are long legged and short bodied a small might work, but with you being 6 inches taller than me I'd think a medium would fit better.
