I have been experimenting with the product since May for long, hard training days and road races. So far I have yet to see any perceived or measurable benefits either day of, or the day after using it.
I’ll be trying it for the first time this weekend. I ride 50-60 mile group rides and if they are hilly or fast I usually need 2 rest days, where a lot of my friends can ride the next day or just one day off. At the least I’m hoping to recover faster from this stuff
