I saw that too.
I don't think camelbak is going to like having to get by w/out REI.
My guess is that there's some sort of spinoff of the different parts of the company.

Maybe I miss read it, but the whole: "I'll just put this here and let you decide" came off as the typical, uneducated, smarmy, logical fallacy ridden rhetoric I hear from people who don't know the first thing about firearms and hunting.
Further, if you read the statement from Boulder Cycles, they dramatically misrepresent a whole bunch of things. EG: because Vista makes an ammunition that they say is capable of taking down large animals and leaving big holes in them, they automatically equate that as trophy hunting only.
I shoot elk. I try to shoot at least one of year, because that means I don't have to buy meat for about a year.
That's not trophy hunting. It's feeding myself.
