Chicago area bike fitter
I'm on my second season of triathlon, mostly Oly and sprints, and moving up to 70.3s this season.

I'm on a road bike with PD4 extensions, but still looking to get a proper fit on this bike, before upgrading to a dedicated tri bike in a few seasons.

I've checked the fitter section and did a quick search and narrowed down my options.

Any recommendations, one one or another?

Live Grit: $300
Get A Grip: $325
Element Multisport: $350 (master)

Thanks

I haven't been professionally fit yet, but when I do I will be going to Anne Barnes at Live Grit. I attended her clinic on bike fitting the other week. I believe Live Grit posted a video of her talk on Facebook if you want to give it a look too. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and wants the best fit for you. I have also read on this forum several others that have recommended her at Live Grit. She also posts from time to time on here as well. Hope this helps.

+1 for Anne Barnes at Live Grit. Have done several fits with her over the years and am very happy with the results.

I went to Get a Grip when I lived in Chicago and was always happy with the results.

Another +1 for Anne. I worked with her a couple of years ago. I am not an easy person to fit. Bone spur in the neck, degenerative disk in lower back and very tight hamstrings. She spent the time to really understand my goals and my limitations.

I had an athlete get a fit by Live Grit and had a TERRIBLE experience. I personally would shy away from everything i saw and heard. If you want more detail, i'll share in a DM.

Tony Bustamante at VeloSmith. http://www.velosmith.com/

He built my custom Parlee and I'm no easy fit at 4'10".

His attention to every little detail is amazing.

Drive down to Indy and see Dave Ripley at 51 SpeedShop. It'll be worth the drive.

I would use Ed @ Element or Brian @ Fit2Ride (just opened). I've used both and had good results.
