Sorry for the delay in response.
We pride ourselves in delays.

We don’t like to use the “s” word anymore.
(For obvious reasons).

But we WOULD like to be of service to this gentleman.

The government might have reopened.
But we feel we can easily out compete the government in this matter.

We are exceptionally capable of wasting the gentleman’s money (in house).

We are, however, looking to contract out the spying and contempt functions.

We are thus looking for someone to conduct these activities on our behalf.
