2016 Shiv w/ Di2 8050

Best: Tririg Alpha X front end w/ zero stack kit + TR brakes (cleans the Shiv up the Shiv and replaces the awful stock brakes)

Worst: finding touch up paint for the "Rocket Red" paint that seems to just want to flake off at the slightest bump on anything.

I have nothing bad to say about this bike. Love it. Ok. Price but I can afford it.

Good : Alpha X cockpit. Frame
Bad: Breaking

2018 Premier Tactical.

Speed Concept 7.5 (first gen)
Best: Zipp Vuka cockpit, adjust-ability is great, and I love the pads
Worst: Rear Brake, I only have to touch it twice a year, but it's always a PITA

Trek 1.1 (rebuilt with 5700, new cockpit, and flo 30's)
Best: 5700 groupset, just bombproof and works
Worst: Literally only the frameset is original so I don't really dislike anything, but that could be nostalgia as this is my first bike

Gt Grade (Used as a commuter/ cross bike)
Best: Frame, The geometry of this bike is awesome for what I use it for. Super planted on the road and around the city, not perfect for cross but definitely works well enough.
Worst: Fork, it functions fine, but for a bike billed as a do-it-all commuters dream, mounting fenders to that fork is quite possibly the most absurdly herculean task due to the shape of the inside if the fork crown.

No Name 29er AL frame from Ebay with 1x XT and Fox32 fork
Best: Bontrager XR2 tires, love these tires, great grip and roll really nice. Definitely much more capable than I am
Worst: The layer of dust accumulating on it :(
