Eric-

is there a keep out period on hitting the strava sync? I tried to sync after my run, before I realized that GC hadn't uploaded the workout to Strava, yet. When I got "0 out of 27 new", I went and checked strava...realizing that my lunch run wasn't there.

Once GC uploaded to Strava (a few minutes later), I tried to sync the ST log again. I get an immediate return and it still says "0 of 27 new". In other words, it seems like it isn't even trying to sync to strava...like maybe you have a minimum delay before allowing us to click the sync button again.

Just wondering how long to wait before I retry?

No, not particularly. If it said 0/27 new again, it checked Strava again. There's no caching on that bit of code. Is it possible your newly synced workout came in marked Private?

It shows that when Strava was queried on the 10th, nothing new showed up. I'm not sure why: maybe wait a bit and try again?
