Dredging up one from the archives. Duffy was skeptical about the lack of video surveillance of Paddock in Vegas before the shooting (or at least skeptical about the lack of leakage of such video). MGM has apparently released a bunch of footage to the NYTimes of Paddock in the week before shooting, including what appears to be repeated use of bellhops over several days to move big luggage up to his suite. Also, I found it interesting/chilling that he had booked a different room at a different hotel up the Strip, at the same time as as a different music festival was taking place across from that hotel - speculation is that he did so either for practice purposes or possibly as an alternative target.

and being pretty much computer illiterate, other than logging on and posting pics and such, could a banned party go to, say a library, and create another account and carry on their agenda?

is it not possible to create another account from home due to ip address being the same? would/could a different computer, but in the same home, hide where that a banned party is trying to get back on our island?

Pretty sure he could do it by IP as well. But there are a million and one different ways around a ban..
