Would prefer NOS Carbonaero, but can't be too fussy. Really, anything with lots of headtube remaining, lots of life left and at a reasonable price is grand.

Preference would be for threadless, but i'm not particular. Current threaded steer tube length is 211mm. The Head tube on the frame is 171mm, so i suppose if i went threadless, I would need steer tube to accomodate ... really, I just wanted to avoid buying a fork where the owner accidentially cut the tube to, like, 190mm.

the steer tube on the one i have would be way too short for you then.
