About 2 months ago I bought a new bike – a Pinarello Prince. Since then I’ve been training without aerobars and I got used to that. Next February, I’m going to race an Olympic triathlon and all my friends keep telling me I should use aerobars. Last weekend I finally installed aerobars but I still feel better gripping in the handlebars. Even when I’m into headwind, I drop in my handlebars and I feel better than dropping in the aerobars. Are aerobars really necessary? Obs.: drafting is prohibited in the triathlon I’m going to race.

My experience on Olympic Races tells me that the Running leg is complicated, because you have to run in a hard pace...
I will use the Aerobars for sure to run as fresh as possible !!!!

In that you're riding a Pinarello Prince, I assume you have a regular seatpost and standard road type position on the bike. To use standard aerobars comfortably(i.e. Syntace SL) most people would have to move the seat forward, or use a forward-position seatpost. Another option is use a "shorty" type aerobar and your current road type or "big slam" position.

You will be faster on aero bars than on the drops. Another advantage of aero bars over the drops are that you aren't using your back and shoulder muscles near as much since you are resting more on your skeletal system.
For a road bike you want shorter aero bars than on a tri bike or you will be too stretched out due to the shallower seat angle of the road bike. My suggesion would be either Profile Jammer GT's, which are identical to the John Cobb "big slam" bars(designed specifically for a road bike) or a small size Syntace C2 Ultralite.
