I just wanted to publicly thank the good folks at Profile-Design. I have some older Split Second Aerobars and decided I wanted to shorten them. In my haste I cut off too much and discovered my bar end shifters would not fit back in completely since the bars swage down (I know...what an idiot!). I sent an e-mail to P-D and heard back from customer service the next day. I was bummed when they told they no longer made the bars but they found some old ones and agreed to give them to me. Not only did they send me free replacement bars, they shipped them to me FedEx at no cost. I was amazed! There are some great companies in our sport and Profile-Design is one of them. I am a customer for life now.
