Cervelo P3
I just went into a second hand sports store in Vancouver yesterday and saw a Cervelo P3 with everything Dura-Ace accept the brakes which were Ultegra. Nice mavic wheels with american classic hubs. Profile aerobars with folddown pads (not sure what this model is called). The DuraAce hub is brand spankin' new with a DuraAce crank (172.5). Enough said.....

If I was on the market for a bike I would snatch it up. Honestly, it is not me selling - I just thought if someone local is looking then go get it!

Price was listed as $989 CDN.

The frame looks like it could do with a new paint job.

700c wheels with 55cm frame.

Is it just me - or does this seem like a fantastic deal?

Wow, that does sound like quite the deal. Even if it's not your size, it might be worthwhile just to buy it and resell it. I'm sure you'd make your money back plus some.

I'd make sure to carefully inspect the frame to make sure there's no damage. You say it needs a new paintjob. Is that from a crash?

I would definitely be interested if it was in sound mechanical condition. Could you check it out for us?

Thanks!
