Love what we do? Come work with us! The opportunity has now arisen for a USA Sales Manager. Working for the US branch of our global distributor Orbea your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating a 'one team' environment for the regional teams, ensuring a full understanding of local market needs and any issues regional teams are facing
- Ensuring national sales targets set for the sales team are achieved
- Researching, reporting and acting on external opportunities to identify new sales opportunities
- Managing major national accounts and fostering key relationships
- Conducting the annual national sales meeting
- Understanding regional merchandising issues/limitations
- Being fully versed in competitive product lines, trends and the implications for our company in the US
- Managing the customer journey with Orca in the US
- Understanding current and potential customers
- Attend and participate in regional expos and events when required
