you can buy the elastic portion at any good Polar dealer. They even come in sizes, sm med and large. Your watch probably had a med out of the box. If you really can't find one I can mail you one if you want to paypal me $8.50 ($6.99+shipping assuming you're in the US). Which monitor do you have as there are two chest strap types?
