Critique: First of all, you're sitting on your saddle incorrectly. Rotate your hips forward. That will take the stretch off of your lower back and, consequently, allow you to flip that upward stem down to level and get a lot lower position. This will take some getting used to, and probably mean a saddle change, especially if you are using a flite or slr. Try something like the azoto.
