I am the same, I had to get a 55....That damn top tube is super long on the 58!
thanks!!!
so 55 should be long enough??
BTW, what do you have P3 SL Or P3 carbon? would you recommend buy the carbon or better spend more money on good wheels/
thanks a lot
Go to a shop and get fit on one. I am 5'10" and rode the 55cm, my friend is 6' and he rides the 58cm.
It all depends on your measurements. To many variables. Go get fit, don't spend money until you know.
Or go by your current measurements and do some cauculations on your own.

I live outside of the US and we don't have the P3 Model here. otherwise, i will definetly will do that ( my road bike are 58). i will measure myself and may send it to Cervelo site.
thanks a lot

im 6'2'' and my p3c is 56; however, i have not ever been fitted for the p3 or p3sl which are supposed to fit differently than the carbon.
I'm 6'1" and fit perfectly on a 58cm Soloist, P3 and P3C. After all the discussion on the sizing I was worried about the 58P3C. I have now been fitted equally as well on the P3C. My point? Get measured and get fit because height is only one indicator. I would say my build is more proprotionate (as opposed to long torso or long legs), and across the board, the Cervelo 58cm's fit me great.
Just my .02
