Front Knee problems--solved?
I have had Knee cap problems for over a year. I raised my saddle 1.25 in above Lemond Formula. Moved seat forward. I had been riding 172.5 cranks. I have a 32.5 inseam. I decided to switch to 170 but did not have any to borrow. I borrowed a pair of 175. Lowered and moved seat forward just a little. Rode on the track stand for 3.5 hours today. Felt one hundred times better. Not sure why? I like to spin and I did notice my cadence was at 90 rpm at 20mph rather than the normal 100 at 20mph. The flat spot I felt a little at the rear of the top circle seems to gone. Can do one leg circles with out that little hitch. Don't know why?
