Hed Bike Frame, mysteries of the phantom bike?
During the interbike frenzy we heard little about the Hed frame and saw even less. Does anyone out there have photos? I think Hed updates their website yearly since they still have specials on wheels used in the 2002 Kona Ironman.

I might be wrong, but I think the HED frame has turned into the Javelin Arcole. I read in a TriMag that John Cobb and HED were working on a new bike frame which sounds a lot like the new bike from Javlin.

The latest HED frame is not the same as the Arcole (unless the Arcole has changed as well. I haven't seen anything on the net about it, but in the latest Procycling mag (with Baden Cooke on the cover) there is a full page ad for HED UK, with a pic of the HED frame. The HED UK site didn't have anything about the frame as of last week.

Yep, I've seen the advert too. It's advertised over here as £700 which is a bargain although you guys over is the states should get it even cheaper. It's black, it looks sweet but i'm still waiting to see a full build.
