For 1/2 IM you shouldn't need to train more than 12 hours / week.
I don't have any, but I can suggest places to look.
First of all Beginnertriathlete.com has some - I think some free ones, and then you can up grade. Not sure there - never really used their plans.
Also, there are several books out that may help. One by Matt Fitzgerald is good - and has 10 different levels to choose from. If you're strong in swimming you can choose a lower level and need more work on biking choose a higher level.
