Hey all - I know I asked this same question about 3 years ago - but wondering if anything new and great has come out since then in the realm of do it yourself at home pre-natal yoga dvd's? Looking to get 1 or 2 and start getting some low impact exercise in. Thanks in advance!

Try here: http://www.yogadownload.com/...eos-and-classes.aspx

There's free 20min classes all over the site as well. Personally I find audio mp3 files much less distracting & better to work with than DVD if you've got an idea of what you're doing.

I have this one:

It's really challenging. I haven't done it in a month or so and I am sure it will be even harder now that I'm bigger.
