Sunblock and zinc oxide are definitely on the list to bring.

I really am not going to have time to do anything but swim - I'm not going with anyone so it didn't occur to me to stay longer and do anything while I'm there. I fly in Fri afternoon and out Sat night. But I appreciate the suggestions...

AP - loved reading your race report - sounds like you are flying. Just simmer down for the taper and you will have a blst!!

Jen - hope the leg is calming down and you are back at it soon!

My week was a wash. Lofty goals but allergies and not enough sleep turned last week into an easy week. Early in the week, I just swam easy Tues & Thurs. Feeling more lively on Friday so did a tempo run on the trails and felt pretty good. Did a hard ride and run on Saturday and then a hard swim on Sunday.

With less than three weeks to go until my first tri of the season, am feeling pretty fresh after an EZ week last week so this weeks goals:

Mon - off
Tues - masters swim & EZ 4 mile run (done)
Wednes - ride TT bike at race pace (done & worked on skills in gusty winds,)
Thurs - masters swim & 3 mile EZ run later in day
Fri - 4 mile tempo run early & EZ ride later in day
Sat - ride TT bike at race pace followed by 2 mile EZ run
Sun - masters swim followed by 5mile EZ run

Am going to stick to the plan this week!!!!
