late to the finish (what else is new :>)

1) Piece of gear - 2XU compression tights (only if I've earned them)
2) Song - anything by Muse, but if it's hill reps, Nirvana understands the pain
3) Time of day to train - I want to train at 7:00 but I usually train at 9:00
4) Beverage - Latte w/ a pile of cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla powder on top
5) Discipline, s/b/r - bike, when all the cylinders are firing (which only happens after 40 miles)
6) Thing about the season/weather you're in - it has rained here for a solid month. stop it weather
7) Post training food - peanut butter/marshmallow fluff/nutella on a toasted bagel but only if I've rode over 50 miles
8) Non training activity - thrift store shopping, happy as a pig in sh*t

1) Piece of gear - my black fleece headband with an embroidered horse - it makes the early morning runs just that tiniest bit more snuggly

3) Time of day to train - 7 am - not too early, but a nice sunrise!
4) Beverage - sparking water
5) Discipline, s/b/r - that's a toss-up; living in the city I like running, but cycling is the best on open country roads and I LOVE swimming in the ocean
6) Thing about the season/weather you're in - birds & new flower shoots
7) Post training food - salty pretzels
