I used a cream for a while when the same thing happened to me. Worked well :-) I have 0 testosterone in my system. I recently asked my Dr about it and she said something like if it isn't affecting my sex life there isn't any reason to treat it. Well, I'm single with no interest in dating so I'm not treating it.

I was on Bioidentical replacement with testosterone & my husband LOVED it (so did I). I am off of them right now for some dysfunctional bleeding but will be back soon. I have noticed a decrease in libido since stopping them.

thanks. looking at tibolone now as it seems to treat more menopausal symptoms than testosterone. have you looked into it?
