In the next 5 weeks I am doing a 1/2 ironman and 3 olympic distance triathlons....
the 1/2 ironman is first followed 5 days later by a tri
than 1 week off and than another tri each of the next two weeks.
Any advice on training while all this is going on? Do i rest between events, do i cut out doing weekly bricks, do i eliminate my long bike and runs during the week?
Any advice would be great!
