Anybody have any experience with either of these two wheelsets? How do you like them, and any problems? How did they handle in high x-winds? I'm looking for a aero low profile wheel to ride in heavy winds.(Disks are not allowed)

Have not ridden the Bontrager, but I do own a Lew Sydney (the lighter of the Reynolds wheels in the deep configuration). It is a little less deep than the Bontrager (as I think they use the Zipp rims).
My take: if you want a non-disc wheelset that you can use in any wind conditions, you need a set up like this: Nimble Fly front ($300-350, I don't remember) with a low spoke count (16-20, depending on weight), and a Hed 3 rear. You could augment a pair of deep wheels with a nimble fly front.
My own experiences with crosswind situations: the front is what makes you handle poorly in all but terribly windy conditions. In a terribly windy and rainy race I did this year, the front wagged quite a bit, and a shallow front would have helped me out.
