I never realized how badly set up I was on my road bike until I rode my (properly fitted) tri bike exclusively for four months. I'm back on my road bike now and its time to get it set up right.

Where can I find a good online resource for setting myself up on my road bike? We're talking pure road bike, not big slam, not part-time tri bike. This one doesn't even have aerobars on it.
