HydraQuiver running pack-feedback please!
I've designed a pack gear specifically for runners and triathletes that is ultra-light, feels great, and most importantly keeps the bottle from bouncing while running. The concept was largely created from all the years spent training for adventure racing, marathons and Ironman and hating the pack bouncing around on me all the time. After 9 months in development, we finally have it ready to be released and believe it's a rock solid project. Our hope is that it will change the way runners think about carrying water with them while running since you barely notice this pack is even there. It beats carrying a water bottle, wearing a waist pack, or a back pack by a landslide.
We're using a website called Indiegogo, a crowd funding site to create buzz about our project. The intent with a site like this is not just to sell packs, but to create a more broad awareness of the new technology that we are bringing to the outdoor market. We appreciate your help in purchasing a pack or by simply spreading the word to all your running, walking and hiking friends!
After reviewing the video, pics, and data I would love to hear your opinions on the product and any questions/concerns you may have. After a lot of prototyping and analysis we've learned a great deal and hopefully can answer any questions you have.

Is there a chest strap that goes across your chest to cinch the two shoulder straps?

Negative. The design of the pack eliminates the need for that. I've always hated those chest straps! The reason many packs need the chest strap is because the shoulder straps come down low on your body. The bottom of the pack will slosh around, so tightening the upper end at least makes them feel more stable. In our case we designed it so the shoulder straps ride very high, under the armpits, and prevents movement from being an issue. Although the straps go under the armpits, some may wonder if this is uncomfortable or noticeable, and I'm happy to say that it's not! Thanks for the question!

We've been live for 30 days as of yesterday, having great success! The trail running and tri communities are digging the pack for the no bounce, quick bottle access and storage features of the pack. It's surprising how much the ultra community has taken to it, but I think the real squeal will be for the 2 bottle version coming out shortly.

Just released it in pink last friday for the ladies!

Just created a reviews page to give all a good idea about the feedback received. This does link to our site, but the reviews can be tracked to the facebook or web post where they came from!
