Do the lenses fog up at all?
I've not had them fog up while riding. They are vented on the edges and the nose piece is adjustable enough that you can keep them from sitting too close to your face.

what about during running?
Sorry I'm not a runner...others may give you a better answer.

They fog up in the shower, or in humid Florida when I step out of the cool air conditioned house, or when I open the dishwasher and the steam smothers me.
But they don't fog on the bike or the run. I have never treid them in the pool.
