Goals had been 4 open-water swims (three; that is fine as one was the big-deal one ;-), 2-3 rides (did 2 short...), 6-7 runs (done).

Also, do better with eating (i.e., no bingeing). I didn't do so hot this week - stressful week at work and stress + fatigue --> rough week with food. Goal = no sweets or desserts... when I sugar-detox that kills the cravings and sugar is bad for my anxiety. (My nutritionist is ok with this)
