my sister has the old HED aero/CX 650c which she plans to use in a UCI-sanctioned road race, points race, and ITT. i checked the UCI website and they only have relatively newer wheels on their approved list. i'm pretty sure that 650c is still legal (as long as they are dual 650c) but i'm not sure about the HEDs. i e-mailed HED but they haven't replied.

i hope someone can help me out.
