IM -- whaddya eat on the ride?

Just curious what people are eating on their IM bike legs. Got my first IM next month, and I guess I'm going with the PB&J, PowerBars, and gels. It's all worked great in training. I haven't needed any extra sugar, salt or calories.

Anybody got any other good ideas? Yeah, yeah, I know, don't try anything you haven't already used in training .. yada yada. I'm just wondering what others pack with them.

Everything you noted plus pringles, corn chips, a coke and a Snickers bar.

Bakers Cookies, accelerade & gatorade. Probably a pack of peanut butter crackers as well. One banana at special needs.

may i suggest a couple of pieces of beef jerky? no real nutrional value just give you a warm full feeling.
