Help with T2
Maybe someone can help me out with this. I just got some racing flats and put Yankz on them. Anyway, coming into t2, I'm having some trouble getting them on my feet. My feet want to stick to the sockliner, and the heel felt on the back. Are there any tricks that ya'll use to get your feet in there easily? Does anyone smear vaseline on the heel, and a little on the sockliner? Is this a good idea? For what it's worth, the shoes are the Saucony Grid Racer. Thanks for helping a Newbie out.

I use body glide on the heel... never tried it on the sock liner...

I think that this is better than the vaseline becuase it is water soluble.

When I put them on I hold onto the tongue and slip them on...

hope this helps

sprinkle baby powder around the heel entrance to the shoe, spread it around with your hand.

I am guessing you don't have shoes with pull up loops on the heel. If not, switch shoes.
