Should tubular tires be removed from the rims and reglued periodically? I have a set of tubulars that are really only used for racing, and long training rides. So, needless to say they don't get 1/100th of the miles that my training wheels get. Should i remove them from the wheels, and clean up the wheels and reglue? Or are they safe to leave as is?

Look at the glue, and if it looks crystallised, then remove tyre and clean the rim. I remove my tyres every season, but that is to replace them (as I only like about 150-200 race miles on my race tyres- that means that they would become spares after an Ironman for me). I am a bit insane about my tyres, however. But my first recommendation will work fine.
