Mine was okay.

Goal - 2 sports each day. Nope. Having trouble organizing my new schedule, so I did a lot of running and swam 3x. Yoga once. 61.1 miles running, 6500 yds swimming.

Goals for this week: swim 3x, let the running take care of itself.

I may write a "venting" thread later... I am having a hard time :-(

Good on the running end--7 runs and more than 40 miles, not so much on the other sports. It's hard to get back into the routine.

No coasting in running and no crying in baseball

Tigerchik - write that thread. Always good to put a voice to issues. And hopefully someone here can give you some info, hope, thoughts about how to make things better.

Tri3 - I'm right there w/ you. up until now, can only seem to get in the running. But start there, and add on. You're doing well.

Do you have a goal? That might help encourage you!

My week didn't go so hot. 2 bad weeks in a row. I did some speed work and hurt my other piriformis / gluteus medius. So my 20 miler on Sunday turned into 5 w/ a 2 mile walk home :(

Goals for this week:
4-5 x bike -doesn't hurt my butt to bike, and I need to step up biking anyway.
2 x swim
and lots of very slow running.

Happy training!

Nancy

Got through the workouts.
Swam twice, biked twice and ran 5x.
Had a really really good swim workout and finally got to run in the daylight during the week for part of one run.
Had a fun bike ride with a bunch of girls on some dirt roads.
My weekend long run went really tough but it got done.

Great bricks on both of my days off, and a massage the following day! Need to do a better job of waking up early (which isn't that early) or actually working out after work, and I'll be all set.

NAD, yep, I got goals, plenty of 'em. ;-) It's just a matter of getting my day structured again. The fear of bombing out at my spring marathon, plus the 100/100 runs/days challenges has kept me on target with the running.

No coasting in running and no crying in baseball
