Senator "Walking Eagle"
Senator Hilary Clinton was invited to address a
major gathering of the American Indian Nation two
weeks ago in upper New York State. She spoke for
almost an hour on her future plans for increasing
every Native American's present standard of living,
should she one day become the first female
President. She referred to her career as a New York
Senator, how she had signed "YES" for every Indian
issue that came to her desk for approval.

Although the Senator was vague on the details of
her plan, she seemed most enthusiastic about her
future ideas for helping her "red sisters and
brothers".

At the conclusion of her speech, the Tribes
presented the Senator with a plaque inscribed with
her new Indian name - Walking Eagle. The proud
Senator then departed in her motorcade, waving to
the crowds.

A news reporter later inquired to the group of
chiefs of how they come to select the new name given
to the Senator.

They explained that Walking Eagle is the name
given to a bird so full of shit it can no longer fly.

Subject: [CPOP] Fw: President Bush given the Indian name of "WALKING EAGLE"

President Bush was invited to address a major gathering of the American Indian Nation last weekend in Arizona. He spoke for almost an hour on his future plans for increasing every Native American's present standard of living. He referred to his career as Governor of Texas, how he had signed "YES" 1,237 times - for every Indian issue that came to his desk for approval.

Although the President was vague on the details of his plan, he seemed most enthusiastic about his future ideas for helping his "red brothers".

At the conclusion of his speech, the Tribes presented the President with a plaque inscribed with his new Indian name - Walking Eagle.

The proud President then departed in his motorcade, waving to the crowds. A news reporter later inquired to the group of chiefs of how they come to select the new name given to the President. They explained that Walking Eagle is the name given to a bird so full of shit it can no longer fly.

A politician was touring an Indian reservation in his district. As he was being shown around, he told the crowd, "If I am reelected, I will improve the economy on your reservation." To which, the crowd shouted in response, "Hoya!" Then he said, if I am reelected, I will improve the health care on your reservation." Again, the crowd yelled, "Hoya!" Then he said, "If I am reelected, I will appoint an Indian to a key position on my staff." Again, from the Indians came a hearty, "Hoya!" The politician was feeling very proud of himself, and as the Chief was leading him back to his limo, they crossed through the corral where all the ponies were kept. The Chief said to the politician, "Watch out, don't step in the "Hoya.""
