OK - I tried doing this the subtle way - just sending a link and a low-key plea to the board to help finance my humble athleticism by buying some stuff but now I feel like I need to be blunt.
The thread on the main page "Greatest Track Photo Ever" sparked some lively discussion, a slew of replies and over 2000 views but so far NO ONE has bought any "That's a Shame" stuff from the link

PLEASE! I know some of you have a runner sibling, son, friend, significant other that could use a t-shirt, hooded sweatshirt, sweatshirt, messenger bag, or even perhaps thong with that photo. Some of the stuff is actually reasonably cheap - most logo-ed sweatshirts run upwards of $30 to $40 bucks, mine are well below.
Help support a recently laid-off kindred spirit who'd still like to hit a race-or-two this summer. If I see you out wearing my stuff, I'll buy you a beer.
