I'm about 6'5", so I need a big bike that I am looking to make into a commuter. An old steel road bike with dropbars (or whatever they are called) would be perfect. A bike that I can put some cyclocross tires or equivalent on would be also be a plus. Also to minimize shipping costs, I am in Minnesota, so if you are up in the Twin Cities that would be ideal. Obviously, I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a bike I can beat the hell out of that will hold up in the harsh winter climes.
