Well, with the Jalabert - Nelisson crash while sprinting, this has got to be the most spectacular cycling footage I've ever seen.

The video clearly shows that Beloki locked his rear wheel and that while countersteering to bring back his rear wheel, his tubular got off his rim. Otherwise he probably would have stayed on his bike.
