I have a 1997 Cannondale R300 58 cm road bike which I am finally going to replace. It has old shimano xtr 7 speed with a triple up front. Frame, fork, wheels, bars, seat etc are all in good shape. The shifter for the rear deraileur occasionally misses a beat. May need replacing or maybe you don't care. I have a number in mind but would like to take offers first. I am in New Jersey. We can work out shipping or you can pick it up/I'll deliver, or we can meet in the middle.

This would make a great commuter/bad-weather beater. I don't have pictures (or a digital camera) but if necessary, I'll figure out a way to post some.
