I had a good week! 6/7 days doing well with eating - I was at 8 in a row then had issues yesterday. My goals for training were 10k swim, 50 mi bike, 35-40 mi run.

M: run 3, swim 3400

T: run 6.3, swim 2800

W: run 9.2, swim 1800, bike 2 (commute to school + back)

T: bike 18, run 6.8, swim 1400

F: run 6, swim 3500

S: run 7, swim 3500

S: bike 19.5

Totals were 16.4k swim, 39.5 mi bike, 38.3 mi run
Having more miles on the bike than run is actually rare for me, LOL.

Same goals for this week. Also, finish another chapter of my thesis by end of week; finish a couple of stats chapters today. And beat 8 days in a row for doing ok w/ food.

last week's goals:
- 4 runs: WIN with 6
- 4 bike: WIN but one was just a 3km noodle around our neighbourhood. still got over 150km in, though would have liked 200+.
- 3 swim: WIN with 4, including a short OWS!
- 5 core/strength/stretch incl. foam rolling: FAIL. 3 only, no foam rolling.

this week's goals:
- 4 runs
- 4 bike
- 3 swim
- 5 core/strength/stretch inc. foam rolling. for realz!

cheers!

last week's goals:
Run 7x including 8k race on Sunday. => DONE, managed a 7th place at the very tough 8k. My AG was the deepest field, and the competition was crazy/fast. I was pretty happy with my time, although I realized how poor a downhill runner I have become (would pass a bunch on the uphills, then they'd all pass me on the downs) and how much I hate running on heavily cambered roads. Bah. I have a few weeks until my next race (5k, but will also be super tough field).
Anything else is gravy. => DONE, Rode once, just short to & from work.

This week:
Run 7x incl intervals and long.
