I only made my run and bike goals. I had:

35 mi run (6x)
1:37 bike (2x)
lifted once
walked 7 miles.

Didn't swim as I just had a busy week with school. I am giving my grad seminar today (like a thesis defense of my work to date) and I had to spend a lot of time getting ready for that. I am really excited!

goals for the coming week - 6 runs, 3 swims, 2 rides. Shoulder exercises 4x.

Last week: The 85% week (18 days til IMNZ)
Run 4x (M/W in the morning; T/F at lunch - focus on intensity) => DONE, felt a bit flat on the last two.
Swim 2x (R at lunch, sun am?) => DONE and felt fantastic
Ride 2x (trainer only) => 1 ride only on the trainer. But it was hard and I felt good.
It will be hard to get any riding in, my sked this week (work, K) is already overloaded...

This week: The 50% week (11 days til IMNZ)
Run 4x, more strides, intensity.
Swim 2x
Ride 1x (trainer only)
I have a final interview today so I am really hoping that I get to give my current boss a see ya later letter tomorrow...

last week's goals:
- 4 runs: WIN! 6 including an 8 mile race, in which i surprised myself!
- 3 bike: WIN! though the outdoor one was very short, it was awesome to get outside!
- 5 core/strength incl. 1 full workout: WIN. 8 total including 1 x 40min swiss ball workout.
- 2 swim: WIN.
- xc ski, snowshoe and skate while winter camping this weekend: FAIL due to the weather. we didn't camp, so i raced on sunday instead. since it snowed sunday night, i did get out xc skiing yesterday!

this week's goals:
- 4 runs
- 3 bike
- 5 core/strength incl. 1 full workout
- 2 swim
- go ice skating this weekend, because we haven't done that in ages!
