last week's goals: - 4 runs: WIN! 6 including an 8 mile race, in which i surprised myself!
- 3 bike: WIN! though the outdoor one was very short, it was awesome to get outside!
- 5 core/strength incl. 1 full workout: WIN. 8 total including 1 x 40min swiss ball workout.
- 2 swim: WIN.
- xc ski, snowshoe and skate while winter camping this weekend: FAIL due to the weather. we didn't camp, so i raced on sunday instead. since it snowed sunday night, i did get out xc skiing yesterday!
this week's goals: - 4 runs

- 2 swim
- go ice skating this weekend, because we haven't done that in ages!
