I'm doing this for a buddy of mine who needs a tt bike;

Recently married Cat 1 road racer with pro aspirations needs a dedicated tt bike. He has 1000 bucks to spend, i'm not too sure how firm he is on that price, but he is dirt poor, so the cheaper the better. At the very minimum he needs a frame, fork, headset, and cowhorns/aerobars.

He's also looking around for a disc, prolly a renn, but that comes second to the bike.
