I finished with 129.35 total miles, didnt make the bronze but I knew it would be a challenge. I did a trail race last saturday that kicked my butt and didnt get in any running at all yet this week. Fun to try though :-)
today
run: 8.7 mi w/ 4 x 400 @ 7:00 pace and incline 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5%. 400 recoveries; walked the first part of each. I really liked that I got to walk a bit in the middle of a run, hee hee hee.
swim: 2100 scy
so
M - 5.3
T - 5 / 3
W - 8.7
