Our business is expanding at an extraordinary rate and we need key personnel to help us grow. If you are an experienced bicycle mechanic with triathlon experience, you are welcome to apply for a part time/full time bicycle mechanic position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build custom high end triathlon and road bikes
Service and tune customer bicycles
Install accessories
Repair or replace parts
Build wheel sets, clean drive trains, etc.
Consult with sales staff and customers when requested
Keep work area tidy and organized
Help with receiving orders when necessary
Other related tasks as required
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have:
5+ years experience as a bicycle mechanic, or equivalent
Attention to detail and ability to quickly problem-solve
Good work habits, punctuality, and communication skills
Experience as a triathlete, cyclist and/or with the cycling community
References from previous employers
GOOD TO HAVE:
Pleasant and cheerful attitude
Computer and point-of-sale experience
Good understanding of triathlon apparel, running shoes and swim gear
