I'm doing Ironman Austria on July 6th and thinking of doing the EmbrunMan (supposedly one of the hardest ironmans out there) on August 15th. Will rest as much as possible (I'm on vacation) and due lots of cycling in the Alps.
Is 5 weeks enough time to recover?? Any advice on long runs during rest period?
