one of my house mates won a 20-week peak performance training program from Mark Allen online. It's just a voucher number you email them with, and they start you up on a customized training program designed to peak your fitness and whatever race you specify. I think these go for upwards of $500. She's leaving the country and won't be able to use it, so she wanted to see if anyone out there was interested. Best offer.
