Here's a couple of sites correlating data against voting patterns:
Average State IQ vs Vote: (2004)
http://chrisevans3d.com/files/iq.htm
Education (% of bachelors degrees) vs Vote: (2000)
http://www.ginandtacos.com/education.jpg
Average State IQ & Income vs Vote: (2004)
http://sq.4mg.com/stateIQ-income.htm
So there appears to be a negative correlation between income/intelligence and likelihood of voting for Bush. The thing I found interesting from the last site is that the state with the highest avg. income (DC) is also one of the dumbest. Could this be due to the high concentration of politicians?
